Good afternoon to all TCS Bulldogs. As you have noticed, today has been all about our new Literacy Initiative "TCS Bulldogs Read to Rise". By the end of today, each school will have launched the new district-wide reading campaign in their own unique and special way with students. If you are wondering whether this impacts you, YES, we are turning the page in TCS and every reader counts! Additionally, make sure you check out the First Quarter Message from Superintendent Williams on our website, Facebook and X for more about the importance of this literacy initiative.
Our goal for the remainder of the school year is to read 10,000 Books and log 10 Million Minutes. This is for students, staff, families and community members. We want everyone to share in the joy of reading and we will have quarterly events to celebrate milestones along the way.
To log your minutes, go to our TCS website and click on the red banner for a new quicklink to "TCS Bulldogs Read to Rise". The google form just asks for some basic title and number of minutes kinds of information. Please start logging your minutes today!
