About Me!
Hello! My name is Tania Simmons, and I am the Curriculum Facilitator at Liberty Drive Elementary School! I have been a part of Bulldog Nation my entire life! I grew up in Thomasville, attended Thomasville City Schools, and graduated from Thomasville High School in 1995. I continued my education by completing my undergraduate studies at the University of NC at Charlotte receiving a BA degree in Elementary Education, and also completed my graduate studies at the University of NC at Greensboro receiving a Masters degree in Reading Education. I also am a National Board Certified Teacher! This is my 22nd year in education, and my 20th year at Liberty Drive Elementary!
In my spare time, I love to read, shop, watch funny and romantic movies, and sleep! I have one son, Ta'ron, who is a senior at NC A&T State University majoring in Graphic Design. He also produces music for local artists!
